My name is Ms. Ponce and I have been a paraprofessional for 10 years. I have enjoyed assisting students' progress academically as well as have helped them find resources and strategies that assist with their behavior and focus in their classrooms. I currently am with 5th grade, but I have worked with all grades from pre-K to 8th grade. My goal is to provide each student with the tools they need to be able to work and function independently and successfully.
