Hello members of the psms20 family. My name is Mr. DeFoe.

I have taught 7th and 8th grade ELA in Bronx public schools for the past 18 years. The last four of these years have been happily spent in my classroom here at PSMS20.

I strongly believe that the best way for my students to grow both academically and as citizens, is to approach the challenges of their school day as a team.

As a result, I tend to value communication, honesty, fairness and respect as the best ways for all of us to grow together .
